In Juba, Southern Sudan, Solidarity with Southern Sudan (SSS) and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) have teamed together to launch a campaign called ‘101 Days for Peace in Sudan,’ in reference to the period between International Peace Day (September 21st) and World Day of Peace (January 1st). Shortly thereafter, on 9th January 2011, Sudan will vote in an historic national referendum that will determine whether it remains a united country or will be divided between north and south.
